What to Expect
Initial Consultation (60-90 minutes)
We'll discuss your concerns, mental health history, and goals for therapy. This helps me understand your unique situation and develop a personalized treatment plan.
Regular Sessions (50 minutes)
We'll typically meet weekly or bi-weekly. Each session provides a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings, learn new coping strategies, and work toward your goals.
Ongoing Progress Review
We'll regularly review your progress and adjust our approach as needed. Therapy is collaborative, and your feedback is essential to ensuring we're on the right track.
